Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your account. The change takes effect on your next invoice, and extras can be added or dropped the same way.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. Everything already published to your website stays on it.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly means monthly. Paying for a year up front costs less, and the pricing above shows the difference you’ll save.
Do I need a particular website?
A WordPress site you can install a plugin on. We post into WordPress’s own Posts and cannot post into most third-party or custom plugins. Ask us about a custom solution. Your site and your host stay as they are.
What if I run multiple stations?
If they can run the same posts, one plan covers every website at no extra cost. If a particular website needs its own content or its own voice, it needs its own plan. Ask, and we will tell you which suits.
When do posts start?
After we approve your site, usually within a business day of installing the plugin. Anything you send us comes back the same day.
Where do the pictures come from?
Send us your own photos, and we will use them. Otherwise, we will create a picture for the post using AI tools. These might include illustrations and generic images – not photographs of real events, people, or copyrighted logos.
Do you copy other people’s stories?
No. When a story starts from someone else’s reporting, we take the facts and write a new piece in our own words. Any quote we keep is a few words long and credited. Photos you send us need to be yours, or ones you have permission to use.
What if a post gets something wrong?
Tell us and we fix it. The correction updates the post on your site and does not count against your weekly number. If you want someone at the station to read every post first, hold them for review.
